Native American ritual and healing - to walk in beauty

Shirley Eagle Claw Woman

This workshop will address the balance between the masculine and feminine nature within each member of the group. In working with this during this workshop we will be talking about some of the indiginous ceremonies, the pipe, the sweatlodge and the sundance and using them as a place to begin to examine where they are out of balance within ourselves.

These  concepts are part of every indigenous culture in one form or another. Most indigenous people had sweat lodges for purification, a way to ask for help and support from the Great Mystery out there in the cosmos, a way to ground in and clear up the disconnection in ourselves. This will be a soft and gentle way of healing those places that are out of balance and have been keeping each of us from having what we want.

Each will have the opportunity leading to an awareness, understanding and to have an opportunity to come to terms with the places within that continue to undermine our dream, hopes, aspirations and present each participant a chance to make a more effective choice. Healing of this nature requires us to walk in a beauty way. That leads to wonderful possibilities and a different step and a different way for each of us. We are all related and can support each other on this incredible journey. I invite you to come and be a part of this very special time as we work with these issues together.
